Detailed Information:

If you’ve hit a musical plateau with your piano playing, you might need to step back and approach the keyboard from a different perspective. This is especially important in jazz playing – you don’t want your improvisation to start getting stale.

Enter the saxophone, or any other instrument you may have learned. I took my jazz playing to the next level when I imaged the piano was simply a sax, and I pictured the right hand patterns as a wind instrument accompanied by bass accompaniments in the lefthand.

I’d love to share my experience with you!
