“Do comedians ever really retire?” asks actress/playwright/stand-up comedian Nancy Redman. Come see for yourself when Redman returns to the United Solo Theatre Festival with her hilarious new comedy “At Wit’s End: A Home for Retired Comics,” directed by Bill Cosgriff. Following her October performance, Nancy was invited by United Solo Theatre Festival for a repeat performance of her classic one-woman show. Asks critic Melanie Weir: “What would happen if, when comedians retired, they all went to the same retirement home? During her 90-minute show, Ms. Redman answers this question with the zest, gusto, and special flair brandished by only the most seasoned comedians.” (allaboutSOLO, Oct. 2019). Reviewing in nytheater-wire, critic Jane Goldberg noted that “The actress is as gifted as the comic. She was hilarious…with impeccable timing.” (October 2019).
