Rebecca Holtz has electrified audiences coast to coast since discovering alove for jazz music. Blessed with a big sound and matching personality
audiences are drawn in by her stage presence, “Whatever ‘it’ is – she hasit.”

From 2011-2014 she was the feature vocalist with the Compaq Big Bandswing orchestra performing in and around the New England area. Matching her in volume and brass the Compaq Big Band provided Rebecca with the opportunity to reach a wider audience and try out the swing world. She acquired a taste for big band jazz that will never be satisfied and in the past year has appeared regularly with the Monday Night Band at SFJAZZ.
In the fall of 2015 Rebecca released a 5-track EP titled “Take Me There”featuring a selection of original tunes and standards.Since the release of “Take Me There” Rebecca has appeared at the StarlineSocial Club in Oakland for their jazz series and regularly performs with Bay
Area a cappella sensation Side Note.
