Brooklyn Theater Workshop’s inaugural production of Macbeth explores hot button themes of white privilege and toxic masculinity with a majority cast of people of color — only Macbeth and Lady Macbeth are caucasian. It features live musicians performing original music by Tom Lee, drawn from Scottish folk songs. Ashley Burroughs directs.
