Alessandra Belloni and I Giullari di Piazza (the Southern Italian folk music/theater company) announce a fund-raising event to honor Marisa Tomei for her commitment to Italian culture, healing arts, music and dance. The evening will also include a performance by I Giullari of “Tarantata,” a performance rich with songs, tarantellas, and magic rituals designed to cure the mythical bite of the tarantula.
