It’s time to turn up the volume and get down on The Dance Floor! As part of Brazil Week at Lincoln Center, DJ and record collector Mari Mac Dowell, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and currently residing in Brooklyn, spins an electric set on July 19. Her expansive collection of Brazilian, African, house, and disco records make all her sets energetic, percussive, and full of unique grooves. Mari has played at several clubs in the city such as Public Records, Mood Ring and Jupiter Disco; and she currently has a residency at ACE Hotel in Manhattan. Presented in collaboration with Brasil Summerfest.

There are two ways to access this free event: 1. General Admission, first-come first-served. Just show up! 2. Fast Track opening the Monday before the event at noon.
