Chill Bucket Productions Presents the 4th Annual Below the Line Film Festival: A Two-Night Celebration of Independent and Student Filmmaking
Chill Bucket Productions, in proud partnership with Jay Michaels Global Communications, is thrilled to announce the 4th Annual Below the Line Film Festival, taking place Friday, October 10, and Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the historic Episcopal Actors Guild Hall in New York City.
This year’s festival expands into two unforgettable nights of screenings, bringing together a dynamic roster of filmmakers from across the globe alongside rising student voices from both high school and college programs. With films arriving from as close as Manhattan and as far away as New Zealand, Below the Line Film Festival continues its mission to celebrate creativity, amplify underrepresented voices, and spotlight the power of storytelling on a budget.
