BAAND Together Dance Festival Dance Workshop With American Ballet Theatre – Thursday, August 01, 2024 at 5:00 pm – LeFrak Lobby, David Geffen Hall

Join American Ballet Theatre for a dance workshop that will introduce your child to the most popular story ballets in the Company’s repertoire. As an introduction to the movement of ballet, children 4-12 years old are guided through a ballet warm-up and taught a short piece of choreography, transforming into the elegant swans of Swan Lake or attendees at the Masquerade Ball from Romeo and Juliet. No prior dance background required, and children are encouraged to wear their favorite dance attire!
