Baijiu Debates is a one of a kind comedy show that answers the question: “What do you get when you take stand-up comedians, have them drink China’s most-intense hard alcohol and then debate topics given to them on the spot?” Oh yeah, also sometimes in a foreign language.

This week’s comedians are Joe Schaefer (Chinese), Petey Rancel (Spanish), Andrea Jones-Rooy (Chinese) and Sonya Vai (undecided).

Join comedian Turner Sparks as he brings the live show he invented during his 12 years in Asia back to the United States. Baijiu Debates has entertained audiences in across China, Japan and Korea and with the help of live-foreign language translations Sparks has decided to bring the fun to New York City.
