City Lyric Opera is kicking off their Inaugural 2020/2021 season with their very first Masquerade Ball, which will be held at The Mezzanine on Tuesday March 3rd at 7:30pm. We will open the evening with an announcement and presentation for the upcoming year, which will feature rising young artists currently living in New York City. The organization will also showcase music from it’s opening season with performances by the cast of Hansel and Gretel premiering this May. City Lyric Opera is encouraging you to attend a one-of-a-kind experience for community members by introducing them to the operatic art form without judgment or expectation.
