Antonio Fini announces the 2023 Fini Italian International Dance Festival and Awards Presentations, with companies from Italy and New York performing in a spirit of exchange and collaboration. Hosted by Milan’s charming Tabata Caldironi, the evening will include performances by the Fini Dance Company from Calabria, Ermanno Rava and Cristian Prebabaj from the Italian Dancing With the Stars, NY-based Dzul Dance, Jonathan Mendez of Ballet Eloelle Grandiva in “The Dying Swan”, and more. Janet Eilber, Artistic Director of the Martha Graham Dance Company, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, with more awards going to Jonathan Mendez of Ballet Eloelle Grandiva and Marzia Memoli of the Martha Graham Dance Company.
Special Guests: Aulone Nuihu and Fatmir Smani, prinicpal dancers with the National Ballet of Kosovo, will perform a duet from “Migrations,” the new ballet created for that company by Antonio Fini.
