“The Real Inspector Hound”, the comedy by Tom Stoppard, sends up Agathie Christie-esque murder mysteries, theater critics, and professional jealousies. Feuding theater critics Birdboot and Moon get swept into the maelstrom of the whodunit that they have been sent to review. As mists rise around the isolated Muldoon Manor, everyone becomes a suspect, while dead bodies pile up in plain sight. Will the mysterious Inspector Hound be able to finger the murderer in their midst?
Broadway veteran Larry Marshall, recently seen in “Waitress” as ‘Old Joe’, stars as Birdboot. Also cast are Kelly Gilmore, Larry Stephen Hines, Laurel Lockhart, Katherine O’Sullivan, Betsy Ross, Jennifer Sherron Stock, Sally Sherwood, Brett Singer, and Steven Vega. Original score and musical direction by Woody Regan; Lin Snider directs, Remi Uretta manages the streaming, and Bob Johnson is Technical Director.
