The Valentina Kozlova International Ballet Competition will come to an exciting grand finale with the March 21 Gala performance and announcement of winners of company contracts, scholarships to international dance academies, and other prizes. Awards will be presented following the performance to the most outstanding of the 150+ entrants, ages 11-26, from countries around the world. The Gala promises to be a highlight of the dance season, featuring the most gifted classical and contemporary dancers. Prima Ballerina Nina Ananiashvili will once again head both the classical and contemporary dance panels, consisting of directors and teachers from international dance companies and schools.
