World class performers in dance, music and theater appear at the campus Kingsborough Performing Arts Center and outdoor bandshell. Programming for children reaches 10,000 public schoolchildren each year. The performing season is generally late September through late May, but outdoor events take place during the summer as well.
The CUNY campus also holds exhibits in its Art Gallery within the Arts & Sciences building.
