Theater for the New City’s 25th Annual Lower East Side Festival of the Arts will be mounted virtually for the first time on the theater’s website www.theaterforthenewcity.net streaming over Memorial Day Weekend over 150 performance groups, including seven puppet troupes, representing the legendary rich culture of New York’s Lower East Side.
