Oklahoma International Dance Festival, founded and directed by Austin Hartel, will return to the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond with 2 weeks of performances, films, classes, and special events, July 17-30. Start time is 8 am daily for classes in ballet, modern dance, West African dance, Pilates, partnering, and more. Events include a July 22 performance by Dual Rivet, a New York-based dance company led by Jessica Smith and Chelsea Ainsworth. On July 27 & 28, Richard Move will host a series of film screenings and panel discussions, including the film “Gimp – The Documentary” by Heidi Latsky.
