This article has nothing to do with Theater, other than the fact that New York City is the home of Broadway and more. And we heard about a restaurant in the East Village that's going way beyond the call in helping out. But instead of us talking about them - we'll just print their letter:

Over the last few weeks, we've had incredible turnout of support with 170 unique donors from 21 states and 5 countries! We’ve been fortunate as a restaurant in NYC to have received love from all of you. Doctors and nurses in NYC are overwhelmed with the COVID-19 pandemic. While we can’t cure the illness, we are here to help in whatever way we can.
With your generosity and in partnership with Feed Your Hospital, TabeTomo has raised $9,650 of its $10,000 target as of today. So, what does that exactly translate to? A LOT. Here's just a glimpse:
"I'm a nurse that was working at Columbia Hospital on Monday. It was one of the worst shifts of my life, with no time to eat or drink for 12 hours. My friend and I walked out of the hospital and you handed us food. We sat right on the curb and ate everything. We read your note and cried, it was one of the sweetest things ever. We want to thank you again for doing that and when this is all over we will make sure to visit your restaurant" - Mary (travel nurse from Philadelphia)
