Broadway Up Close Walking Tour

But do you know the history behind the buildings? Do you know the stories and superstitions that keep the ghost lights on when the theater goes dark?

Whether you are an avid theater goer or someone simply interested in learning more about the city, I recommend going on the Broadway Up Close Walking Tour.  It's not every day that we are afforded the opportunity to walk with a guide who is able to relate entertaining information about Broadway theaters, but my guide (and owner of the company) Tim Dolan was truly amazing, both charismatic and knowledgeable.  He not only makes Broadway history exciting and relevant, but has tracked down some excellent stories and anecdotes about the theater world.

For example, did you know that some Broadway bigwigs even built apartments into the theaters themselves? After the tour you yourself could give a Broadway Producer a couple of pointers as they decide what might be the best theater for a particular show.

Broadway Up Close Walking Tour is definitely not just for tourists; it's a true motivator for anyone who wants to work on Broadway. Do yourself a favor and book a tour.
